Privacy notice for Concrete Growth Labs concept previews
Effective date: October 28, 2026
This notice covers the concept preview websites that Concrete Growth Labs, a brand by BASYG.com, publishes at addresses ending in .basyg.com, and the cost calculator on them. It only covers what is specific to the concept previews. For everything else, see our full Privacy Policy.
What we collect
If you use the calculator and ask for a specific quote, we collect what you enter: your project details (such as the area and finish), your project timeline, name, ZIP code, email address and phone number, and which preview site you used. Our hosting provider also records technical data such as your IP address when you visit a page.
Who receives it
Your details go to Concrete Growth Labs, not to the business shown on the preview. We store them in our customer management system, GoHighLevel. We do not sell your information and do not pass it to the business shown on the preview.
Other companies involved
GoHighLevel stores the details you submit. Cloudflare hosts the preview sites. The map on each preview is loaded from Google, which may collect information under its own privacy policy.
Why we collect it
To see how the calculator is used on our concept previews, and to answer you if you contact us. We do not add you to a mailing list.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email concrete-growth-labs@m.basyg.com. We will answer within 10 business days.
Do Not Track
Our preview sites do not track visitors across other websites, so they do not change their behavior when your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Changes
If we change this notice, we update the effective date above.
